Purchase Terms & Conditions


Our Sale Policy

Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges are available within 48 hours of delivery, subject to approval and product availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please read product descriptions and sizing carefully before purchasing.
As we do not hold stock for direct exchanges, if you wish to exchange an item, you’ll need to return the original item (subject to availability and approval).
Once that’s done, we will send your new item.

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping
  • We currently ship within Canada only
  • Flat-rate shipping applies. Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or postal services.
Lost or Damaged Items
  • Once a package is scanned and shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order info.
Incorrect Addresses
  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Customs & Duties

Not applicable for domestic Canadian orders. If international shipping becomes available, duties and taxes may apply.

Product Variations

Each item is crafted with care. Slight variations in color, texture, or print are normal and part of the unique character of each piece.
